Spellcasters Chronicles – Mystic Scribe

Meet Mystic Scribe, a character we created for Spellcasters Chronicles by Quantic Dream.

Every character on Spellcasters started the same way: we got a brief, we were guided a direction, and we made lot of searching in between.

For Mystic Scribe, we did the full research from scratch – exploring how the character should look, what kind of personality would come through in her design and what’s the style of the project would be. We had a lot of room for customization: accessories, color palettes, textures, it was really fun to play with all of that. At some point the style direction shifted and we’ve got this beautiful final result.

Today we're sharing the whole work process – different options, alternative directions, and a lot of research behind.
