Character Design Concept NeoTokyo

Neo Tokyo is an internal project of the Grafit Studio. We're currently at the concept stage — next will be 3D modeling, and finally, assembling the scene.
We're telling a story about a near-future world located in Tokyo, where new technologies intertwine with ancient culture. Ancient martial arts versus modern weaponry.
Right now, we're sharing the first character concepts — the Demon Hunter Samurai, the treacherous and cunning Master of Masks, and the Elder Demon, trapped in a metal shell.
